Families Educators & Referral Partners
Insurance & Fees

We believe the path to the right care should never be blocked by confusion about cost.

At CPC, we’re committed to being transparent about how our services work financially — and to helping every family find a path to the care their child deserves.

How You Can Pay for CPC Services

Payment Options

Private Pay

CPC accepts private pay for all clinical services — including speech-language therapy, mental health services, ADHD support, and autism spectrum services. Fees are individualized based on service type and session structure. Contact us to discuss rates and to find an arrangement that works for your family.

Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs)

IEEs may be conducted at public expense when requested by a family who disagrees with a school district’s evaluation, or privately commissioned by families seeking an independent professional perspective. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Educational Contracts

CPC partners directly with schools and educational organizations to deliver services and support under contractual agreements. If you are an educational institution interested in partnering with CPC, please contact our team.

Professional Training

Training services for schools, clinical teams, and community organizations are available under direct contract. Fees are customized based on training format, duration, and audience. Contact us for a training proposal.

Insurance Credentialing

Where We Stand With Insurance

CPC is a newly established practice and is currently in the process of completing insurance credentialing with major payers in Delaware and the surrounding region. We are actively working toward acceptance with the following insurance panels:

Insurance payer credentialing status
Insurance PayerStatus
Aetna⌛ Credentialing in Progress
AmeriHealth⌛ Credentialing in Progress
BCBS DE–Highmark⌛ Credentialing in Progress
Cigna⌛ Credentialing in Progress
DE First Health⌛ Credentialing in Progress
DMAP⌛ Credentialing in Progress
HM Health Options⌛ Credentialing in Progress
Medicare⌛ Credentialing in Progress
Tricare East–Humana⌛ Credentialing in Progress

We expect to begin accepting insurance within the coming months. This page will be updated as each payer credentialing is completed.

In the meantime, we encourage families to contact their insurance provider directly to ask about out-of-network benefits. Many plans provide partial reimbursement for out-of-network services — and we are happy to provide documentation to support your reimbursement request.
Using Out-of-Network Benefits

Even Before We’re In-Network

Even before CPC is credentialed with your insurance provider, you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits to offset the cost of services. Here’s how:

  • Contact your insurance provider and ask about your out-of-network mental health and speech-language pathology benefits
  • Ask about your out-of-network deductible, reimbursement percentage, and any annual limits
  • Request a “superbill” from CPC after each session — a detailed receipt that includes the clinical codes your insurance needs to process a reimbursement claim
  • Submit the superbill directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement

We are happy to walk you through this process and provide all documentation you need. Don’t hesitate to ask.

Private Pay Fees

Complete Transparency About Cost

Our private pay fee schedule reflects the specialized, multidisciplinary nature of the care we provide. Fees vary based on service type, session format, and duration. We believe in complete transparency about cost — which is why we invite every family to have a direct conversation with us before making any commitment. We’ll walk you through exactly what to expect financially, and work with you to find an approach that fits your family’s situation.

No surprises. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about how we can make this work for your family.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept Medicaid?

We are in the process of enrolling with Delaware Medicaid (DMAP) and expect to accept Medicaid in the coming months. Please contact us to discuss your situation and we will keep you informed as our credentialing progresses.

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for services?

Yes. Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) can generally be used to pay for speech-language pathology and mental health services. We recommend confirming with your plan administrator.

Do you offer payment plans?

We understand that the cost of care can be a significant concern for families. Please contact us to discuss your situation — we are committed to finding a workable path forward for every family we serve.

What if my insurance isn’t on your list?

Contact us. Our credentialing list will grow over time, and we are happy to discuss your specific insurance situation and what options may be available to you.

How do IEEs work financially?

Independent Educational Evaluations may be conducted at public expense when requested by a family who disagrees with a school district’s evaluation. Privately commissioned IEEs are also available at a set fee. Contact us to learn more about the IEE process and costs.
